New Jersey, NJ - Blake Lively has filed a formal complaint against her *It Ends with Us* co-star Justin Baldoni, alleging a range of workplace misconduct, including sexual harassment, retaliation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence. According to court documents filed with the California Civil Rights Department, the incidents allegedly occurred during the film's production and escalated to a level that disrupted the working environment on set. Lively claims Baldoni’s behavior created a hostile atmosphere, forcing her to address the matter through legal channels to protect herself and other cast and crew members.

The lawsuit details specific incidents, including unwanted advances and inappropriate comments allegedly made by Baldoni. Lively’s complaint also cites retaliation against her after she raised concerns about his behavior, claiming it hindered her ability to perform her job. The production's management attempted to intervene with an "all-hands" meeting on January 4, 2024, to address the tension, but according to the court filings, the meeting failed to resolve the underlying issues. Notably, Lively’s husband, actor Ryan Reynolds, was present at the meeting alongside Baldoni, director Jamey Heath, and other production executives.

The fallout from the allegations has cast a shadow over the highly anticipated film, which is based on Colleen Hoover’s bestselling novel. As Baldoni is also a co-chairman and co-founder of Wayfarer Studios, the legal battle raises questions about potential conflicts of interest and accountability within the production team.
